Vietnamese seedless lime is well known for its bright green color, thin peel, high juice content, strong aroma, and mild natural acidity, making it highly suitable for fresh consumption, beverages, food processing, and the hospitality industry.

II. MINIMUM QUALITY REQUIREMENTS

Seedless lime supplied by HASATU AGRI meets the following minimum export quality standards:

• Fruits must be intact and sound

• Free from decay, serious bruising, or damage affecting usability

• Clean, practically free of visible foreign matter

• Practically free from pests or pest damage

• Free from abnormal external moisture (except condensation after cold storage)

• No foreign smell or taste

• Firm, fresh, and well-shaped

• No chilling injury

• Practically free from sunburn, scars, or surface defects
  

IIl. PACKAGING & EXPORT PRESENTATION

• Packaging Options:

  • Carton boxes: 4kg / 5kg / 10kg / 15kg

  • Each carton is designed with 8–10 ventilation holes to:

    • Prevent moisture condensation

    • Reduce ethylene gas accumulation

    • Extend freshness and minimize spoilage
      

• Labeling:

  • Customized branding and private label available

  • Clear indication of origin, size, weight, and storage instructions

  • Suitable for sea freight and air freight transportation

 

IV. COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS & CONTAINER LOADING

After packing, products are loaded into refrigerated containers (RF):

• 20RF Container:

  • Capacity: 12–14 metric tons

• 40RF Container:

  • Capacity: 24–26 metric tons

  • Approx. 5,900 cartons (5kg) per container

• Recommended Transport Conditions:

  • Temperature: 3°C – 6°C

  • Humidity: 85% – 95%

  • Ventilation: 25 CPM

👉 Saudi Arabia is one of our key markets. We export one 40RF container per week to Saudi Arabia, supplying directly to cold storage facilities and local distributors, ensuring a stable and continuous supply.
